SAABC has partnered with Chamber of Commerce International Consortium of Entrepreneurs (CCICE) for a two day conference designed to immerse international companies into the heart of Silicon Valley and provide local connections, local perspective on products and businesses, and to provide you with a strong foundation for accessing Silicon Valley as a market.
By opening the program up to international entrepreneurs from around the world and creating a competitive pitching session, we showcase to Silicon Valley a selection of great technologies with the best global commercialization opportunities.
The two-day program is open to all international entrepreneurs.
Pitching is optional and by application only.If you are in the market for raising capital, the opportunity will be yours, in front of an impressive collection of venture capitalist and angel investors.
You will walk away from the conference with a handful of solid contacts, new market ideas, and exciting customer leads.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Early stage companies, small to medium size companies, corporate development representatives, investors, legal counsel, financial planners and anyone else that is actively involved in the high-tech sector including IT, Communication, Consumer Media, Enterprise Application, Wireless/Mobile, Clean Technology, Life Science and more should plan to participate in the Silicon Valley Connect 2011 Conference.
PITCH OPPORTUNITY
Eligible companies will have a chance to pitch to a live audience and investors on September 30th at the Silicon Valley Bank. Only eligible companies that make it through a rigid selection process will be able to pitch. To qualify you must indicate you are interested to pitch when registering for the conference. All questions must be answered on the registration page. (Local participants must register for the September 30 event in order to apply to pitch.)
DEADLINES
• September 15, 2011 - Application to initiate interest to pitch closes.

• September 20, 2011 - Companies will be notified if eligible to join the second round of selection process.
• September 22, 2011 - Finalist list will be released
Companies selected must register to pitch.
Cost to pitch is $300.
Local companies must also register to attend September 30th event (based on membership level)
Companies will benefit from promotion opportunities and introduction to their products and services in conference proceedings.

• Must register to attend.
• Payment Confirmation Notification will be sent to your e-mail address once your payment is processed successfully. Please print a copy of your payment confirmation in order to pick up your registration badge.
• Refund Policy. Once payment is processed there is no refund for both international attendee and local attendee. For international attendee, if registered and you cannot attend you may send another person in your place. Please provide name and contact details of replacement attendee.
